The Budget Rate Committee of the Board of Lights and Water met to review and approve prior minutes and to consider staff recommendations on electric, water and wastewater rates. The committee recommended no further electric rate increase and approved recommendations to forward water (5% retail match) and wastewater (3.5% retail match) rate increases to the full board.
