The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee met on Dec. 10, 2025. The board re-elected Chair Hazlett and Vice Chair Gotsler, approved a $499,000 facade contract for Locust Court, appointed initial directors for a new Convent Hill 202 holdings entity to hold HUD Section 202 units, discussed creating a finance committee with public members, reviewed public-safety and voucher-program reports, and voted to enter and exit a closed session.
