The board denied a special use and dimensional variance for a proposed gas station at 1254 N. 35th St.; approved a five-year special use for a small elementary school at 5629 W. North Ave.; approved multiple automotive, signage and daycare requests; and adjourned a contested adult-family-home case to allow the applicant to align the state license with the plan of operation.
