The New Rochelle Municipal Arts Commission met in December 2025 to review three art-installation proposals and two signage/awning applications. The commission gave concept approval to an exterior sculpture proposal and approved a sign package for a rebranding to Key Food with a condition to reduce a rear-entry sign; an artist certification application will be decided by email.
