The San Francisco Health Commission met on Jan. 5, 2026, to hear the director's report, a behavioral health services update and the Department of Public Health's budget preview, and to approve a $480,000 gift for expanded access to long-acting injectable buprenorphine. Commissioners also moved into a closed session where two settlements were approved and nondisclosure was chosen.
