The Public Safety and Neighborhood Services Committee of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors met Dec. 11, 2025, and heard three liquor-license transfer hearings: Club895 (type 48) and Caldero (type 20) were recommended to the full Board with positive findings; a proposed type 21 transfer for Unimart was found not to serve public convenience or necessity after extensive public comment and the committee forwarded that determination to the full Board.
