The San Francisco County Transportation Authority Board held its regular December 2025 meeting. Staff reported on large grants for transit and Treasure Island development, updates to autonomous-vehicle policy and the regional Clipper (CLIPPR 2) rollout, and a detailed progress update and proposed eligibility changes for SFMTA's application-based traffic calming program. The board approved minutes and the consent agenda and heard public comment supporting program reform.
