The San Francisco County Transportation Authority Board met Dec. 9, 2025. The board approved minutes and several funding and contracting actions including Prop L allocations for cable car restoration, tree planting, and design funds for the I-280 Ocean Avenue off‑ramp; a Mark Thomas contract increase for the same I‑280 design work; a Prop K transfer for an Ocean Avenue multiuse path feasibility study; the 2025 Congestion Management Program; an additional construction allotment for Pier E2; right‑of‑way certification authorization for Yerba Buena Island segment 4; and a new‑business statement from Commissioner Walton about Caltrain governance and withholding support for a $5 million contribution.
