The board denied an appeal of a rear addition permit (839 North Pointe St.), continued a variance request for a rear stair at 3929 17th St. to 01/14/2026 for draft findings, and denied two appeals of a downtown project authorization for 570 Market St.; it also adopted its FY25 annual report and recognized Commissioner Rick Swigg.
