The San Francisco Board of Appeals met on Dec. 10, 2025. The board heard two permit appeals (589–591 Connecticut St.; 506 Gates St.), took testimony and department presentations, upheld one permit with adoption of revised plans and denied a second appeal after extensive discussion about property-line access, and adopted a letter to the Board of Supervisors about a city agency disregarding an appeal window for a tree removal order.
