The Village of Wellington meeting covered a final sales surtax revenue report showing the surtax has reached its cap and will end this year, plans to recoup general-fund costs tied to the new Aquatic Center, the center’s Jan. 3 grand opening and new fees, upcoming parks and events, and several facility expansions and grant-funded playground work.
