The Sandusky City Commission held its Jan. 12, 2026 meeting. Commissioners elected a new president and vice president, held the first public hearing on the proposed 2026 budget, approved multiple ordinances and contracts (including acceptance of the Beckling Building), heard a city manager report addressing a planned Perkins Township data center, and took public comments on several local concerns.
