Council re-elected Vince Turner as mayor and Lee Powers as vice mayor, approved two zoning ordinances including a new 50-foot industrial-residential buffer, received updates on the Beavercreek Road annexation, approved consent resolutions including cybersecurity measures, heard proclamations and community remarks, confirmed two board appointments, and received a public comment about recent property reassessments.
