Osceola County Board of Supervisors met Dec. 23 to set a tentative January schedule, give tentative guidance of a 3% starting point for elected-official compensation for budget planning, hear presentations from transit provider Ryze and Upper Des Moines Opportunity, and approve several routine resolutions and contracts including a budget amendment and a locally led bridge project moving toward advertisement.
