The New Hampshire House Environment and Agriculture Committee held a long public hearing on measures to restrict neonicotinoid pesticides, curb neonic-treated seeds, require baseline environmental studies for new manufacturing/storage activities, and to inventory landfill capacity. Sponsors, agency staff, scientific and agricultural witnesses, and dozens of public commenters spoke for and against the measures.
