Cottonwood Heights City Council met April 15, 2025. The council honored Special Olympics gold medalist Andy Melville, heard routine quarterly finance and public works reports, took public comment and held a lengthy public hearing and vote on a PDD-2 zoning text amendment (height caps for a proposed condominium in the gravel pit), and approved a package of ordinances and resolutions including a budget amendment and several interlocal/contract items.
