The Roswell Independent School District board held a special and regular meeting on Jan. 12, 2026. The board administered oaths, reorganized leadership (electing James Edwards president), accepted a resignation and opened an application process to fill a vacant seat, received reports on student nutrition and assessments, approved an Early College High School robotics trip contingent on qualification, and moved into executive session for personnel.
