El Paso County Board of County Commissioners met Jan. 13, 2026. The board completed annual organizational business (leadership appointments and housekeeping resolutions), adopted a proclamation recognizing Martin Luther King Jr. Day with community speakers present, approved an MOU for regional emergency management services with the City of Fountain and Town of Monument, and granted a beer-and-wine license to a new Chipotle location.
