The Mount Pleasant Planning and Zoning Commission on Jan. 13, 2026, unanimously approved an amendment to Planned Development (PD) No. 2 for Anderson Town Crossing to allow expanded retail frontage and larger signage to accommodate a national retailer. Staff said the changes are primarily map and design adjustments; the commission heard no public speakers and moved on to a director's report on multiple upcoming development projects.
