Washington County Commissioners Court held a regular session on Jan. 13, 2026, during which the court held a public hearing and approved a commercial tax phase‑in (abatement) for a downtown Brenham redevelopment, authorized bids for reinforced concrete box culverts after flood damage, approved several routine contracts and personnel extensions, granted a subdivision variance and vacated a small lane segment.
