Brown County Commission held its regular January meeting, approving organizational resolutions (chairman, depository banks, legal newspaper), several administrative resolutions (personnel policy, GAAP waiver), appointing a county health officer, and discussing neighborhood revitalization, transfer-station billing, a historic-auditorium grant, right-of-way policy and an emergency management resignation.
