Humboldt Unified School District governing board met for its regular January session. The board elected leadership, approved administrative hearing procedures, heard a detailed bond-financing presentation and a Humboldt Elementary School report highlighting student growth and facility needs, approved program and staffing changes, and took two executive-session actions (denying a student enrollment and approving a teacher termination).
