At its first meeting of the year, the Jacksonville Value Adjustment Board approved the special magistrate's recommended decisions on dozens of petitions, handled multiple deferral requests and discussed a late-file request to add a parcel to two Live Local Act exemption petitions; the board reviewed procedural guidance for future deferral handling and set a Feb. 12 meeting.
