The Hendersonville Board of Mayor and Aldermen met for a December session that included proclamations honoring retiring Fire Chief Scotty Bush and longtime finance employee and city recorder designee Annette Hunter, committee reports on impact fees and other ordinances, staffing updates and employee awards, and an added executive session to consider a proposed settlement tied to the Near Water development lawsuit.
