Kenosha County Planning, Development and Agricultural Committee met to handle several land‑use items (rezonings, a comprehensive plan amendment and a certified survey map), reappoint a Silver Lake Management District board member, receive a UW Extension update on the county housing task force, and review youth & governance attendance and nominations. All formal votes recorded at the meeting passed unanimously; the committee flagged a February agenda item on battery energy storage systems.
