Planning commissioners heard a proposal from Kruger Development to annex and rezone land at South 70th and Yankee Hill for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) with commercial H-4 regulations over an R-3 underlying zone; after extended technical questions and multiple resident objections over traffic, trees, setbacks and sidewalk waivers, the commission voted 8-0 to continue the public hearing for two weeks at the applicant's request.
