The Keene Planning, Licenses and Development Committee held a public workshop on two zoning-change ordinances — a five-parcel rezoning on Pearl Street proposed by Adam Wright and a City-initiated rezoning at 62 Maple Ave — heard extensive neighborhood opposition on Pearl Street, and voted to ask the mayor to set public hearings for both. Staff also briefed the board on proposed changes to site plan review thresholds and required code updates to comply with several 2025 state laws.
