The Keene Finance, Organization and Personnel Committee voted unanimously to recommend placing a voter question on social districts on the ballot (with a public hearing scheduled Oct. 16) and approved routine items including acceptance of holiday sponsorship donations, an overview of outside agency funding (accepted as informational), and adoption of an ordinance adding a building construction manager job title.
