The Humboldt County Citizens Advisory Committee finalized the grant application form, extended the submission deadline to Feb. 26, and approved a three-year Measure Z spending-plan recommendation (Option 1) that reallocates $400,000 in public-works funds toward county priorities including added support for fire and a Fortuna school resource officer; the committee voted to forward the recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
