Daviess County Board of Commissioners convened Jan. 13 to approve routine county business: minutes and vouchers, accept a low bridge bid, review farm leases, tentatively accept a Community Crossings matching grant low bid, approve agreements (Kiwanis, maintenance, program grants), and authorize an engagement to study fire district funding. Several administrative appointments and the annual investments report were also accepted.
