Powhatan County Planning Commission held a workshop-style meeting to review comprehensive-plan policy concepts including limits on private-road subdivisions, a proposed unified design/master-plan zoning district, ADU and cluster-housing policy options, conservation-subdivision density bonuses, and parcel-level future land-use map changes; staff will circulate maps and reconvene for further mapping work.
