Delaware County Board of Commissioners held its first meeting of the year, approved a slate of routine resolutions (purchase orders, travel expenses, right-of-way permits, reappointments and proclamations), accepted donations to Job & Family Services and moved into executive session for personnel, property and bargaining matters.
