The Town of Lakeville Planning Board met Jan. 8, 2026, at the Lakeville Police Station. The meeting introduced new Town Planner Stephanie Crampton, held a joint CPC discussion on forming/using an Affordable Housing Trust and CPA funds, opened a public hearing on an 838-sq-ft ADU at 9 Pantheon Road (continued to Jan. 22), reviewed a fiscal impact report for the Lakeville Country Club development (peer review requested), and handled administrative items including a request to release 19 Main Street peer-review/53G funds (town counsel to advise).
