Ojai City Council held a regular meeting with presentations honoring the police chief and historic stewards, extended contracts and debated finance consultants to finish year-end accounting and implement an accounts-payable system, heard multiple public complaints about trolley service, approved a traffic-speed ordinance first reading, and adopted a resolution opposing new federal offshore and public-lands oil and gas leases.
