Ozark City Council met for a brief session that approved minutes and the agenda, accepted an Alabama State Council on the Arts grant (with authorization for the mayor to execute it) for the 2026 Crawdad Festival, awarded an alcoholic beverage service bid for the Civic Center contingent on the vendor bringing alcohol taxes current, and then adjourned. The mayor also announced a public recognition for a 103-year-old resident.
