Hot Springs City staff reviewed action items to be taken to the board on Tuesday, Jan. 20, including an update from the Hot Springs Metro Partnership, several contract recommendations (timekeeping software, aviation fuel, vehicle graphics), a 2026 street-improvement plan, acceptance of Saint Nicholas Court as a city street with an estimated $150,000 in repairs, and a wide-ranging proposal to reform the downtown paid-parking program.
