The Independent Citizens Referendum Oversight Committee received the district's quarterly referendum report covering budgets, expenditures, charter allocations and school safety spending; members approved minutes and the annual report, conducted officer elections, and discussed using referendum fund balance for startup athletic and instrument purchases at the new South Marion High School.
