Keystone Central School District board met Jan. 15 for a voting session that included a contested attempt to appoint a Region 4 member, a debate and vote over adding language to vacancy policy to allow late applications, a Central Mountain CTE presentation, solicitor guidance on social media and several routine approvals including donations and a conditional security purchase.
