The City of Urbana Arts and Culture Commission met Jan. 13 to hear staff updates on winter events, public-art projects and a call for a parking-deck mural, review proposed changes to the arts-grant tiers, and begin a review of commission bylaws; motions were passed to continue bylaws edits in February and to move a Boneyard Creek Crossing item to next month.
