Hampstead Town Council met Jan. 13, 2026. Council heard multi-site water treatment and pipeline schedule updates, reviewed planning and zoning approvals, introduced Ordinance 5-58 (subdivision rules) and voted to enter closed session to discuss personnel under Article 3-305(b)(1). The council also honored longtime town attorney Michelle Ostrander and shared community event and scholarship announcements.
