The Special Operations Management Budget and Government Accountability Committee met Jan. 15 and voted to forward a tentative collective bargaining agreement between the City of Hartford and the Hartford Firefighters Association Local 760 to the full City Council. Committee members questioned retroactive pay, the multi-year wage schedule and the fiscal impact, and heard staff say the city set aside funds to cover the initial retroactive payment.
