Joe "Jody" DiTerrelet, Norwalk City's director of sustainability, presented an outline to the Sustainability Committee for a revised Sustainability and Resilience Plan that expands the 2024 climate action work into nine sector-based chapters, a decision framework and community task-force input; the draft is scheduled for completion in May 2026. Committee members asked about alignment with planning and zoning, asset mapping by district, and funding for DiTerrelet's position (funded through ARPA through June).
