The City of Boulder Design Advisory Board reviewed a proposed student housing project at 777 Broadway on Jan. 14, 2026, focusing on massing, a requested height modification to 55 feet, materials, glazing and parking screening. Board members recommended breaking the building into distinct masses, rethinking stair-tower placement, adding transparency and carrying metal screening to the south façade; staff will include the boardeedback in the meeting minutes for the applicant.
