The Greenbelt City Council met to hear public comment and take action on a charter amendment to allow Public Works employees to engage in collective bargaining, adopt an ordinance to authorize enforcement of EV-charging parking rules, introduce three annexation resolutions for Beltsville/NASA lands, authorize a red-light camera contract extension, and consider a contract to modernize the community center elevator.
