Middleburg Town Council held its Dec. 11 meeting, opened with public comment including remarks by Delegate-elect John McAuliffe, presented resolutions honoring departing volunteers and council members, received a Visit Loudoun strategic-plan briefing, accepted the FY25 audit (unmodified opinion), reviewed utilities/water-table monitoring, discussed the farmers market’s future and staffing, and made several committee appointments in closed session.
