Energy Secretary Chris Wright defended keeping coal plants operating for grid reliability, promoted nuclear and small modular reactors as long-term solutions, and said the U.S. will take the majority of Venezuelan crude from tankers and sell it on global markets; he said revenues from those sales will go to Venezuela.
