The Laconia School Board convened Nov. 18, 2025, administered oaths to newly elected members, elected Jen Anderson chair and Zach Ford vice chair, accepted a $5,000 donation for food services, approved a revised superintendent job description and the 2026-27 calendar, and adopted several policy revisions. The superintendent warned of a near-17% health insurance increase and said state adequacy aid rose by about $721,000.
