Redmond City Council heard a presentation from Pacific Power on regional power-infrastructure plans including a new substation and the long-range Project Blueprint transmission line, received a multi-project traffic/construction update from city staff, and heard several public comments pressing the city and police to address electric motorcycle use and trail damage in Dry Canyon.
