Chillicothe City Council met Jan. 12, 2026. Council adopted a 0.2% street levy resolution for the May 5, 2026 ballot (with emergency language), approved updated fire safety inspection fees, waived the three‑reading rule and adopted an ordinance adjusting grant unappropriations, heard updates on Mulberry Street construction and the Ross County Land Reutilization (land bank), and reappointed Jeff Webb to the Design and Review Board.
