Mansfield City Council considered a rezoning request for a parcel on/around Annadelle/Annandale Avenue, heard public comments on a proposed backyard-hens ordinance, received the mayor's presentation of the proposed temporary budget, and passed two routine bills while rejecting the rezoning ordinance. Public testimony included neighbors, applicants and multiple residents for and against hen keeping.
